Classes will now be held at The Heart Opening, a beautiful, airy space located at 227 Congress St, at the bottom of Munjoy Hill in Portland. It's a joy to have the opportunity to teach in such a space, with fellow practitioners of expressive and therapeutic arts. I'm happy and eager to welcome to The Heart Opening all who wish to join a class, whether for a day, a session, or many.
The last session of the year has just begun this week, and the schedule is as follows:
Monday 10-11 am, Family Yoga (for caregivers with kids ages 2-5)
Tuesday 4-5 pm, Big Kids Yoga (for ages 5 +)
*session runs until December 14th
*cost is $50/session or $10/class
